Featuring user-friendly dial controls, the Buffalo griddle makes it easy to regulate the temperature for both sides – so you can keep food warm on one zone, whilst cooking eggs or bacon on the other. Alternatively, you can completely power down one side to reduce running costs during quieter hours.

Strong stainless steel construction and fully welded plates ensure the Buffalo griddle is both reliable and easy to clean. And thanks to the built-in large capacity fat collection drawer, it’s effortless to empty food debris away from the griddle when required.
