Buffalo High Speed Oven (JD340)

Unlock rapid hot-food service with the powerful and reliable Buffalo high speed oven. Combining tuned impingement, microwave and convection cooking, it delivers professional results up to 10-12 times faster than a conventional oven.

Ventless operation as standard removes the need for an extraction hood, so installation is straightforward in compact countertop areas. Despite a modest 2.5kW draw, the generously sized 305x305x305mm (12″x12″) cavity handles pizzas, panini and plated dishes with ease.

An icon-driven programmable touchscreen keeps operation intuitive and consistent, reducing training time for new staff. Menu management is effortless too – transfer up to 1024 cooking profiles via USB for multi-site rollouts and swift seasonal updates. Quiet 52 dBA standby suits front-of-house service, whilst standby consumption below 0.7 kWh helps keep running costs of the Buffalo high speed oven down. Day-to-day care is streamlined by an easy-access front-mounted filter, a stainless steel cavity with rounded corners and built-in diagnostic testing for fuss-free maintenance.
