Buffalo Countertop Electric Fryer with Timer 5Ltr (CU622)

Whether you’re frying fish or French fries, the Buffalo countertop fryer is the ideal solution for everyday use in the professional kitchen. With its powerful 2.8kW element and large 5 litre oil tank, the fryer offers a generous cooking capacity, making it a great option for frying multiple portions at the same time.

Stainless steel construction throughout ensures the fryer is exceptionally durable and easy to clean. And thanks to the simple dial temperature control, it’s also easy to use too. The addition of the built-in digital timer helps you achieve the same cooking results every time – essential for reducing food waste and delivering consistently-cooked menu items, no matter who is doing the cooking. And when the fryer is not in use, the included stainless steel lids help to protect the oil until the next cook.
