With three cooking modes and four function management systems, the Maxx Pro impresses with its huge flexibility in performance, providing speed and high output in busy professional kitchens.

Fitted with a disappearing door, the oven is perfect for kitchens with limited space, neatly sliding away to the side when opened and allowing kitchen staff more room to move.
