Designed for service away from the kitchen, the Falcon F2HRP adds a thermally heated hot top with sneeze screen for safe, front-of-house plating. An air curtain and steam evacuation keep doors cool to touch and clear vapour quickly, whilst coloured gantry LEDs give at-a-glance status. The fridge includes 2x 1/1 GN grids and a low GWP system that supports energy-efficient operation. Lockable doors protect meals in transit and dedicated plate racks ensure even warming.
