Cooking status can be easily monitored through the large window, and when cooking is finished the timer has an audible buzzer, reducing the risk of overcooking even in busy/noisy kitchens. The unit features a 2-speed 1/2 hp fan motor for both high production cooking and delicate baking, as well as a 2-speed oven cool down feature.
