The special design of the grill also delivers those searing hot temperatures (up to 350 deg C) needed to lock in natural flavours without imparting other aromas.

The Robata rack is a game changer for the charcoal connoisseur. It takes the Kasai hibachi grill to a new level, allowing it to go from being used for a small number of ingredients at a time, to one you can now focus the full menu around.
