The oven itself features a 6kW, dual-fan interior that pushes warm air throughout the inner cavity and cook items across all shelf heights uniformly. This results in consistent oven-cooked meals, whilst ensuring a high output of food to deal with busy services.

Alongside its performance, the oven features impressive capacity. Able to hold up to six, 1/1 GN pans, the Lincat oven can cook multiple dishes at a time – coping with the demands of school canteens, buffet services or busy restaurants.
