Moffat Bain Marie Top Eco Hot Cupboard Heavy Duty HB4 (DR405)

Premier mobile bains marie hot cupboards provide a high performance yet efficient hot storage solution and are the perfect addition to any busy kitchen. The four 1/1 GN can be run wet or dry for increased flexibility and are controlled by a three-position energy regulator. The thermostatically controlled hot cupboards can be set between 30-110 deg C and feature a bright polished stainless steel interior and holds four GN 1/1 containers on each of the two removable rodded wire shelves. Two sliding doors provide easy access. The units are supplied on castors allowing them to be easily moved for cleaning.
