This not only helps extend the lifespan of the oil – it helps the element last longer, too.

Once cooking is complete, the basket can be neatly positioned above the oil until the food is drained. And when it’s time to clean, the whole element can be hinged upwards, allowing the tank to easily be removed for thorough cleaning.
