Polar U-Series Double Drawer Dual Temperature Counter Fridge 6xGN (UA099)

Reliability and flexibility are everything in the busy professional kitchen, and the Polar U-Series double drawer dual temperature counter fridge delivers both. Each of the two independently controlled drawers can be set as either a fridge or a freezer, giving you the freedom to adapt your cold storage to whatever the menu demands. It’s a smart solution that can replace two separate units, freeing up valuable floor space without compromising on capacity.

Each drawer accommodates up to three full-size 1/1GN trays (six trays in total), keeping large volumes of ingredients organised and within easy reach during the busiest of service periods. The sturdy stainless steel construction is built to handle the rigours of daily use, whilst lockable castors make it straightforward to reposition or clean around – a practical touch that saves significant time and effort during a deep clean.

The Polar U-Series counter fridge also benefits from enhanced 50mm insulation, helping to keep running costs in check over time. Powerful ventilated cooling ensures rapid temperature recovery after door opening, whilst user-friendly digital controls make it easy to monitor and adjust settings on the fly. Whether you’re chilling fresh prep or freezing bulk ingredients, the counter fridge keeps everything at the right temperature when it matters most.
