As it’s a dry heat soup kettle, the Rowlett doesn’t use a water bath, and as such doesn’t need filling or topping up – just select a temperature using the digital control panel and the Rowlett soup kettle reliably holds temperature. And once you’re all done, the whole unit is easy to clean.
