Victor Staycool Eutectic Plate (T725)

Designed to be used alongside the Victor Ambassador HotKold service trolley, these cool plates are designed to convert the ambient cupboard to be chilled, so that cold foods can be served alongside hot. Simply slide these into the unit approximately an hour before service and food can be kept cold much longer than if stored at room temperature. Requires freezing before use.
