Bizerba FW32 Heavy Duty Commercial Mincer (JM560)

The Bizerba FW32 heavy duty commercial mincer delivers the power and reliability you need in high-volume kitchens and preparation rooms. With a 2.2kW motor and a throughput of up to 1,100 kg of mince per hour, the FW 32 keeps production lines moving smoothly, cutting labour time and maximising output. Its strong stainless steel housing and IP45 rating guarantee durability and safe operation even in the most demanding professional areas.

Thanks to Bizerba’s patented technology, the FW32 provides a gentle cutting process that preserves colour and produces a loose, fluffy texture – ideal for raw, cooked, smoked or marbled meat, bacon, offal, rind and vegetables. The front-side, exchangeable worm housing enables quick, hygienic cleaning, whilst the quiet, long-lasting motor ensures consistent, high-quality results with minimal maintenance. Included site survey, professional installation and comprehensive training mean the mincer integrates seamlessly into any food-processing workflow, helping chefs focus on flavour rather than equipment.
