This makes it ideal for busy breakfast, lunch and dinner services, where it can produce the perfect sear with each ingredient you cook. Plus, the comprehensive dials make the griddle easy to operate. Simply turn the dial to the required temperature – between 90 and 300 deg C – and the 20mm top plate will start to heat.

The griddle also comes supplied with a robust, stainless-steel stand that raises it to a comfortable working height. The stand also features a handy undershelf for additional storage, whilst rollers make it easy to manoeuvre the griddle during cleaning or repositioning.
