Simply turn the dial to the required temperature – between 90 and 300 deg C – and the 20mm top plate will start to heat.

The griddle also comes supplied with a robust, stainless-steel stand that raises it to a comfortable working height. The stand also features a handy undershelf for additional storage, whilst rollers make it easy to manoeuvre the griddle during cleaning or repositioning.
