Inside, there’s space for a 150mm deep, 1/2 size gastronorm pan along with camchillers or camwarmers (both sold separately) to extend cold or hot holding times as desired. The box is also highly resistant to oil, grease and most chemicals, making it ideal for safely and securely transporting a wide variety of foods.
