The Comark C42C high performance thermometer is a great choice for use in food service areas. Designed for accuracy and reliability, the C42C provides highly precise temperature readings using either a thermocouple or thermistor probe (both sold separately).

It’s also highly efficient, needing only two AA batteries to run – and a new set of batteries lasts around 5,000 hours too.
