The Convotherm Maxx Pro also features advanced automatic cooking and baking, with quick-select keys for mixed loads and batch cooking. This oven is equipped with the smoke option which is fully integrated into the cooking profiles for maximum smoke flexibility, allowing cold and hot smoking with the use of biscuits.
