As the name suggests, operation of the easyTouch combi oven is effortless too. The responsive symbol-based 10″ display is fast and intuitive, making it especially useful for reducing training times.

The Convotherm Maxx Pro also features advanced automatic cooking and baking, with quick-select keys for mixed loads and batch cooking. It’s easy to clean, thanks to the fully automatic ConvoClean system which automates the most time-consuming cleaning tasks. This oven is equipped with the smoke option which is fully integrated into the cooking profiles for maximum smoke flexibility, allowing cold and hot smoking with the use of biscuits.
