The Lincat Opus 800 Electric Fryer Twin Tank 600mm is specifically designed to cope with the everyday rigours of a busy commercial kitchen. Pumped filtration enables the oil to be filtered and the fryer is ready to fry again in under 5 minutes. This means oil can be filtered during or after service, even whilst hot, thereby maximising oil life.
