This compact countertop unit features fan assisted heating technology for fast heat-up and a digital temperature display for accurate control between 30-110 degrees. A gliding drawer system on extendable runners gives easy access to contents with each drawer being 1/1 GN compatible (pans not supplied). Insulated stainless steel outer panels remain cool to the touch.
