Polar U-Series Double Door Counter Fridge 282Ltr (UA047)

The Polar U-Series double door counter fridge is a high capacity food storage and worktop combination, specifically designed for reliability and flexibility in busy professional kitchens. Highly efficient with A-grade energy rating, the Polar counter has advanced insulation and self-closing doors fitted as standard – both features which help to bring running costs down.

Fitted with two adjustable shelves (and two floor protector shelves) as standard, the premium Polar counter makes it easy to store and access ingredients. And thanks to 1/1GN compatibility, you can quickly swap out trays, transferring food directly into a blast chiller, combi oven or freezer without having to change containers. Forced air cooling ensures temperatures are brought down quickly – even when the doors are being opened regularly – essential in busy pro kitchens. And at the end of a busy service, the strong stainless steel construction throughout and built-in castors ensure the fridge is effortless to clean.

The UA047 enjoys 35.9% greater energy efficiency than the previous G596 model. With a switch from Energy Class B to A, this fridge saves 260kWh annually, cutting your energy costs by £65 per unit per year. Smart for your kitchen, smarter for your budget (calculations are based on £0.25 kWh energy price).

Please note: Climate Class 5 refrigeration is rated for operation in ambient temperatures ranging from 18 deg C to 40 deg C. However, this product has been tested and approved for use within a wider room temperature range of 10 deg C to 43 deg C.
