The unit comes complete with six sturdy shelves (three per compartment) and lockable castors for easy movement during cleaning or kitchen reconfiguration. With a usable capacity of 161 litres and 480W power consumption, the counter-height design fits seamlessly under work surfaces whilst providing reliable storage for busy commercial kitchens.
