Sous vide or storage – the choice is yours, thanks to the SU-520 Sammic Countertop Sensor-Controlled Vacuum Pack Machine SV-520S. With two parallel sealing bars and unique long-length chamber, you can quickly and easily vacuum seal larger cuts of meat or vegetables. Internal microprocessor control ensures highly accurate vacuum sealing and allows up to ten sealing programs via the front-mounted touch control panel.
Fitted with a 3.9″ LCD colour screen with backlit touch keyboard, sensor control, 25 vacuum programs and cordess double sever sealing bar. Other optional features include inert gas flushing, Bluetooth and printer connectivity and a desktop label printer for HACCP control.
